The High Protein Salad has Chicken Breast, Cottage Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Organic Sour Cream & Veggies with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Sesame Dressing. Its crisp & refreshing. The sour cream add a mildly sour taste & thick creamy texture to the salad. The cheddar makes it rich & really melts in your mouth. Cottage cheese is an excellent source of protein & gives a mild sweet flavor to the salad. The chicken breast was tasty, a bit dry & add a meaty texture. For the dressing, i like the sesame dressing. Its flavorful & had a nutty-roasty taste. The Vegetarian Sandwich has Mushroom, Bell Pepper, Tomato, Lettuce & Pesto as spread. You can also choose if you want it in Whole Wheat Wraps or Panini. The sandwich was good. The pesto really makes it more yummy. The mushroom add a meaty texture. The bell pepper & tomato gives a sweet taste. The lettuce was succulent & had a neutral taste. The Minty Berry has apple, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, mint leaf & lemon. It relieves stress, aid in concentration, efffect a sharper focus & clarity and regarded as skin food. The Red Vegan has apple, carrot, lemon, beet & cucumber. Designed for athletes & those with active lifestyle or for anybody who needs an extra boost in stamina & vigor. Both juice were fresh & superb. | Actually, you can do this at home but for those who are busy this is for you. Its a bit expensive but if you’re aiming for a good healthy lifestyle..why not. If you are a bit scared of their juices you can create your own juice blend called the “My Mashup”. Select from their base juice (concoctions) and add your boosters. But if you want your body to have a recess try their 3-day detox.
