Coca

Coca. Thai-Cantonese Cuisine. | Seafood Durian Spring Roll. Tofu with Garlic and Chili. Red Fire Platter. Ojiya. | Invigorating. Exceptional. Appetizing. The Seafood Durian Spring Roll was creamy, a bit sweet & a great appetizer to start a meal. The Tofu with Garlic and Chili was soft, silky & spicy. Yum! The Red Fire Platter has Assorted Meats, Vegetables & Glass Noodles. The platter is meant for Suki style Hot Pot (steamboat) cooking into the chicken broth and Tom Yum mixture. You can also add some Suki sauce to make it more tasty. I like the Tom Yum mixture because its flavorful & spicy. To finish it off make sure to order the Ojiya (Khao Tom) – Thai Rice Soup. A delicious combination of rice slowly cooked in your suki broth with sesame oil, egg, spring onion & fried garlic. Its like a congee but more savory & a little spicy. | The Suki style Hot Pot platter have four options; Green Earth (Vegetables), Red Fire (Assorted Meat & Vegetables), Blue Ocean (Assorted Seafood) and The Emperor’s Platter (Assorted Meat & Seafood). The place is great for family & group of friends who wants to try thai-cantonese cuisine plus a good bonding (cooking) experience. I will definitely come back here for the Suki Hot Pot to try the Emperor’s Platter, Chicken in Paper Bag & Galorgee.
