The Swiss Cheese makes it savory & add a nutty, slightly fruity flavor. The eggs add a creamy velvety texture. The Bacon give a slightly salty, smoky flavor. The Turkish bread was crunchy & sweet, and it balances all the flavors of the dish. The Beef Tapa, a marinated Beef Sirloin served with 2 eggs done anyway you want with Garlic Rice & vinegar. The Beef Tapa was tender, a bit sweet & tasty. Then add some vinegar to make it more flavorful. The eggs makes it creamy & silky. Lastly, the Housemade Yogurt topped with Lemon Curd. Its refreshing, healthy, a bit thick, creamy & tart. | The ambiance is simple but classy. You can see the Taal Volcano & Lake as your background & i love how they incorporate nature as part of their concept.
