Praline. | A unique dining experience at the top of BGC. The Amuse Bouche also called Chicken & Egg…it is glazed in dark beer, has salmon roe, orange & Cointreau foam. The flavors were really good. A great way to start a meal. The Prawns has steam prawn, prawn dumpling & prawn spring roll. First eat the steam Prawn which is meaty & tasty. Second, the Prawn dumpling…the flavors really burst inside your mouth. The peanut, coconut, tagulinao in the dumpling…oh wow! Lastly, the Prawn Spring Roll…crispy in the outside, soft & meaty in the inside. The Togarashi Mayonnaise gives that peppery spicy kick on it. The Mock Nuggets has corn, potato & cauliflower. Its velvety & really melts in your mouth. Then dip it into the truffle-mayo, it gives an incredible delicate taste. Today’s Catch is a 3 Clam Soup with Grilled Eel. The soup has the right temperature & delicious. The Clam gives a stronger sweet taste. The Grilled Eel taste like dark meat close to chicken but delish. Squeeze some lemon on top to give that citrusy tart taste. The Lamb has Cilantro & Mint, Walnut Puree & Mango Puree. The Lamb was tender & taste like kebab. The cilantro & mint, mango & walnut puree really goes well the lamb. Its sweet, zesty & nutty. The Pork & Free Range Chicken has Truffle sand, Vinegar foam & Watermelon Radish. The Pork & Chicken were soft, tender & flavorful. The vinegar makes it tart. The watermelon radish was mild, slightly tart & sweet. The truffle sand add a creamy chocolaty taste & enhance the flavor of the dish. For dessert, the Cigar Cake is infused with 1881 Perique Cigar, has singleton malt whiskey even the jelly at the bottom of the cake aswell, with chocolate ganache & chocolate fudge. The Cigar cake was smoky, nutty, smooth & a bit creamy. The ganache & fudge add a rich, bittersweet tast e. The Praline has Malagos 65% hazelnut chocolate, brownie, crispy praline base. Its bittersweet, nutty & luscious. | Great food, service & nice ambiance. And ofcourse, the surprise greeting on our anniversary as part of our dessert & their personalized thank you letter which is so heartwarming.
