The Half Slab Original Smoked Ribs was cooked low & slow in their custom built smoker. Its tasty, tender, smoky & not dry at all. Then add some barbecue sauce to make it more flavorful. For our Down Home Sides, we had the Buttered Rice & Herbed Baby Potatoes. The Buttered Rice really goes well with smoky flavor of the ribs. The Herbed Baby Potatoes add an earthy flavor. To end a good meal… Aunt Wilma’s Key Lime Pie. Its sweet & tart. The meringue on top was so luscious plus the buttery crust…yum! | The place was small but good food & service.
