Beni’s Falafel. So good! | What’s a Falafel? Its a deep fried patty (bean fritter) made from chickpeas/garbanzos with spices and a traditional Middle Eastern food. Lets talk about the Falafel sandwich. A Pita bread stuffed with 5 balls of falafel with tomatoes & shredded cabbage. It looks like a meatball but when you bite into it..has a slightly nutty flavor with coriander & cumin taste. To make it creamy add some tahini sauce then put some pure hot sauce for a fiery hot sensation. The pita was soft, fluffy & really melds well with the falafel. | A simple small space that offers healthy comfort food & very affordable. If you are not into veggie food they have chicken dishes as well. The staff was friendly even the owner himself “Mr. Beni”. By the way, parking is not easy so…you must have patience. | Located at 4364 Valdez St., Poblacion, Makati City (across A Venue, beside Pink Panda/Y2 Residence).
