Bringing in 30 years of vast international experience, Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel Excecutive Chef Rolf Jaeggi is coming to Manila to celebrate the All Things Swiss with the hotel. He is a Swiss borne culinary expert who has been specialzing in Swiss cuisine for the whole duration of his experience. So, let’s savour a week long celebration of cheese, Swiss chocolates and more.
Indulge in a wide selection of Swiss dishes for a food festival at all-day dining restaurant, Cucina, in partnership with Werdenberg International. Enjoy these as if dining along the Swiss Alps. Delight in a chocolate buffet featuring only the the finest pralines. This delicious culinary experience can be enjoyed from Monday to Thursday at Php 1,500 for lunch buffet and Php 1,800 for dinner buffet. Celebrate the festival on a weekend from Friday to Sunday at Php 2,300 for lunch buffet and Php 2,650 for dinner buffet. A special gift from Turkish Airlines awaits lucky guests.

By the way, discover the simplicity but flavorful Swiss favorites in a cooking class with Chef Rolf as he holds a cooking class, featuring traditional dishes such as the tasty appetizer Beef Carpaccio with Beef Tartta, Quail Egg, Mache Leaves and Lemon Pepper Marinade, the tender and filling main dish Veal Zurichoise with Roesti Potatoes and the scrumptious dessert Plum Tart with Vanilla Snaps and Whipped Cream. Learn hot to do Swiis Favourite dishes with Chef Rolf at Php 2,300.
And the delicacy does not stop as Cafe Pronto let its guests discover a wide variety of the confectionary dessert with a showcase of the finest pralines. Boxes of 3, 6 and 12 are available for purchase.
You can aslo take a more laid-back indulgement with a Swiss cheese buffet and wine, only at Vu’s SkyBar and Lounge. Relax and unwind the Swiss way over an unobstructed view of the metro with their classic pair, available every night for the whole duartion of All Things Swiss for Php 1,900 for the cheese buffet. Swiss wines are sold separately and are available either by glass or by the bottle.
