Victorinos

Victorinos. Finally, a restaurant that serves authentic Ilocano-Filipino dishes with signature cakes by Heny Sison. | Ginisar nga laki. Pako salad. Bagnet chips. Acias buridibod. Mango chocolate torte. Carrot cake. Lemon torte. | The food was great. I like the pako salad. The vinaigrette is just vinegar with garlic, thats it. The bagnet chips, wow! Yumyum! Its like bacon but very different. You have to try it! The buridibod is one of the authentic dish of Ilocos. Fruit of malunggay plus squash with bagoong (shrimp paste). The owner Ms Quennie taught us how to eat it. You have to open it, scrape it then eat it. Mashed the squashed so the soup will thicken a little. Its yummy! Ofcourse, the cake. I like the lemon torte & mango choco torte. The dark & white choco plus the mango with different crunchy layers. Yumyum! The lemon torte is also good. The walnuts gives a crunch into it plus the tartness of the lemon. Delish!
