When you see or hear the word “Potato”, what comes in your mind? For me, a comfort food with high calories or carbohydrate level which soothes one negative feeling. The term potato calls for a feel good food like mashed potato, mojos, baked potato and French fries.

But did you know that US potatoes is a Super Food? Yes, you hear me right. They are not just carbohydrates but it’s highly nutritious and filling as well. It is a perfect addition to anyone’s diet and very popular food source. Just take away the extra fat, deep frying or any form of greasiness and enjoy a lighter kind of potato dish.
