The Empanaditas a handmade crispy dough stuffed with sauteed beef & served with Mojo sauce & Chimichuri sauce. The empanaditas are tasty & a perfect appetizer to start a good meal. The mojo sauce gives a citrusy, garlicky & earthy taste. The chimichuri sauce makes it flavorful but dont have a spicy kick on it. A spicy sauce would definitely make the empanaditas more fun to eat. The El Hefe Burger a 1/3 lb Angus burger with caramelized onions, bacon strips & 2 grilled cheese sandwiches served with Fries. The patty is tasty, tender but a bit dry. It would be great if the grilled cheese sandwich has a crunchy bite into it. The caramelized onions add a sweet flavor. The bacon makes it more umami. The Classic Cubano Sandwich has spicy pulled pork, ham, cheese, dill pickles on a ciabatta bread with dipping sauce & fries. Its amazingly good. The ciabatta bread is buttery & crunchy. The spicy pulled pork has a slightly smoky & spicy flavor. The ham & cheese makes it more savory. The dill pickles add a bit salty taste & tart flavor. The dipping sauce really add magic into the sandwich. The combination of ingredients is awesomely good. The fries are thick cut strips, crispy on the outside & soft on the inside and very well seasoned. | Cafe Cubano looks like an ordinary bar/resto on the outside but once you enter the place, its like your in a different place. The ambiance is nice which enlivens a Cuban setting. They offer good food which is terrific for sharing, a friendly staff & has casual vibe. | Located at Aguirre Avenue
