Boulangerie 22

Who doesn’t love bread, pastries or dessert especially when you paired it with your favourite drink? And as for me, bread/desserts and coffee…the best pairing indeed! Last February 24, 2016, I was invited to the official launch of Boulangerie 22. A sweet afternoon and mouthwatering treats overflows that day.

A carefully crafted breads and cakes, whipped up to perfection by talented, passionate bakers and state-of-the-art baking machines. “Touching people’s hearts and filling happy tummies”, this is what Boulagerie 22 is all about.

This new bakery has a wide array of selection not only for the sweet tooth but for bread lovers everywhere.

They have adorable collection of character cakes such as Mr. Piggy. A classic cake made with vanilla chiffon and fresh strawberry buttercream covered in strawberry chocolate ganache.

They offer Sourdough Baguette, Sourdough Raisin Walnut Rye Bread, Sourdough Pizza and Pain De Campagne. It is made with wild yeast, bacteria and whole grain flour. Everybody will love this bread because of its nutritious benefits, distinctive tangy flavour and roasted aroma. It is also perfect for people who maintain low sugar intake, and an excellent source of fuel for good bacteria or prebiotic for the body. Sourdough is the oldest and most original form of leavened bread.
