2nd’s The Fort. A very interesting story. 9 owners from church simplified. They held a sunday mass every morning where the resto is. Then they decided to put up this business. I salute them for doing so. They serve comfort food & extraordinary dishes. | Iced salabat (iced ginger tea). Bacon chicharon. Home salad with tea smoked salmon. Native garlic & danggit (dried fish) aglio olio. Baked spaghetti & spam. Leche flan turon. | Extremely delicious & crispy-bacon chicharon. The spiced vinegar & muscovado mustard dip really adds flavor to the bacon. It really makes you want more. The salad very refreshing. The radish sprouts & matchstick kamote fries gives a little crunch into it. Ofcourse the salmon gives that creamy & salty flavor to the salad. The pasta-surprisingly delicious. The dried fish give the pasta a crunch. The baked spaghetti is sweet & creamy. Actually this pasta is for kids.
